Amazing hotel, wonderful atmosphere, perfectly clean, excellent pool, very very quiet place, kind and nice employees, especially Diana who is the secret of the hotel's success in my opinion, A very wonderful woman, smiling, helps with everything, accompanies the guests with every request, if we return to the hotel again it is only because of the amazing Diana.

Rooms are clean & spacious Staff is always ready to help and very polite Food is very tasty in them restaurant and not pricey. We tried few other restaurants in Medias and definetely Mercure’s one is the best in town. Breakfast is variated

Everything was excellent, all personnel (the manager Mrs Livia, the receptionists ladies, the waiters, the chef, etc.) was always willing to help and make a pleasant stay. Swimming pool indoor and sauna are a great plus.
